After years of working in the fast-paced television industry, I noticed stress-related changes to my skin from a hectic schedule and constant travel. It was then that I defined a need for a premium, multi-purpose product that was efficacious, easy to use and as much in-sync with nature as with my life on the go.

SELF-CARE IS SACRED

I believe in getting out into nature as much as possible. I have a little cottage on a lake in Muskoka, Canada where I go to unwind, get inspired and recharge. For me this is the best self-care.

MORNING ROUTINE

The first thing I do every morning is stretch, drink a green tea that I make with Matcha Ninja and almond milk from Greenhouse Juice, mixing in some collagen powder from Good Goddess. 

BEAUTY IS BASIC

I have a very uncomplicated approach to my routine. I like products that can multi-task, which is why I created Boundless Solid Oil. I use Thayer’s witch hazel as my toner, then our new Brilliance Serum to protect and promote radiance. My skin loves it, and has never looked better. Then I use a bit of concealer and mascara. 

DAILY AFFIRMATION

My grandmother's advice was ‘what will be will be’. As cliche as it sounds it stuck with me. So I put my efforts into the process and not the outcome… things often end up better than you had hoped for!

GENERATIONAL BEAUTY

I've been creating natural beauty products since I was a little girl. I used to help my mother make her own scrubs and masks out of natural, edible ingredients like oatmeal and honey. She taught me how to put avocado on my hair, which sounds messy but it really works!

MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE

I love to hike and practice yoga. You won’t find me in a gym :) I’d rather be doing outdoor activities like skiing, wakeboarding and snowshoeing.

WHAT’S IN MY BAG

I always have Flow Water, a red lip liner and gloss from 19/99 Beauty, and a Boundless Solid Oil mini that's my essential.

MULTI-PURPOSE PRODUCTS

I use Boundless Solid Oil for almost everything: the ends of my hair, my cuticles, for after-sun care… the list is pretty “boundless”. 

NIGHT ROUTINE

At night I use my near-infared light panel, and listen to a podcast. I do my own face tapping with Brilliance Serum to help with lymphatic drainage. The sandalwood and yuzu scent is heavenly. I "slug" with Boundless Solid Oil before a good night's sleep.
